Remember,
Don't battle the government with guns. Beat them in court, and in
your state legislature!
They don't have the right ! This is
"ILLEGAL !" This must be stopped ! They must be sued
& challenged in the courts ! Immediately ! Not only
is there no law, but this info could be used for
anything from "Martial Law, Gun Confiscations, Lists
of People to go to Amerikan Death Camps, fire
control co-ordinates for artillery or drone attacks,
bio or chemical attacks on people who "don't trust
government !" And so much more. This is sick,
twisted, & very "DARK !
Preventive
detention concerns imprisonment
either without justification (the
prisoner is not told the grounds for the
arrest) or waiting for trial. In most
democracies, no one can be arrested
without being told the grounds for such
an arrest, except under rare and special
circumstances (usually anti-terrorism
legislation). An arrested citizen has to
be brought before the nearest magistrate
within a certain amount of time. The
arrested person has the right to defend
himself by a lawyer of his choice.
Depending on the laws, this lawyer can
be called for as soon as the detention
starts, or sometimes days or weeks
later. However, there is an exception to
this general provision. Under preventive
detention, the government can imprison a
person for some time. It means that if
the government feels that a person being
at liberty can be a threat to the law
and order or the unity and integrity of
the nation, it can detain or arrest that
person to prevent him from doing this
possible harm.
Rep. Alcee L. Hastings, D-Fla.,
has introduced to the House of
Representatives a new bill, H.R.
645, calling for the secretary of
homeland security to establish no
fewer than six national emergency
centers for corralling civilians on
military installations. The proposed
bill, which has received little
mainstream media attention, appears
designed to create the type of
detention center that those
concerned about use of the military
in domestic affairs fear could be
used as concentration camps for
political dissidents, such as
occurred in Nazi
Germany.
Paul Craig Roberts was part of the
Regan Administration and is referred
to as the father of Reganomics. Several
years ago Mr. Roberts told me of what was coming and
that nothing could be done to change
or stop it. He also told me that it
did not matter who was president or
what anyone did, because plans had
been set in place for years and
years that would ultimately lead us
to exactly where we find ourselves
today. His advice to me was to enjoy
every second of life we had left and
to just have fun because a hell on
earth was in our not to distant
future. I believed his words but
could not give up the fight because
I truly believed the American public
could / would stand up and organize
in order to take back our government
and military machines...... I now
find myself telling new patriots the
exact same words that Mr. Roberts
told me. I now see that Mr. Roberts
was correct in his words to me and I
now realize that unless more people
start working together, all will be
lost. B.A. Brooks - 5/13/09
